Dans les Statuts et le Règlement Intérieur, le sens des termes suivants est défini comme suit:

Throughout the Statutes and By-laws, the meaning of the following terms will be as stated:

a/

"Nations Membres"
Nations qui ont été admises par l'intermédiaire de leur Organisation Nationale Adhérente comme membre de l'Association.

a/

"Member Nations"
Nations that have been registered through their Adhering National Organisations as members of the International Tunnelling Association.

b/

"Délégué Votant"
Toute personne habilitée par une Organisation Nationale Adhérente pour la représenter et émettre son seul vote chaque fois qu'il est nécessaire de voter dans l'Association.

b/

"Voting Delegate"
Any person authorised by an Adhering National Organisation to represent it and cast its single vote on any occasion when voting is necessary in the Association.

c/

"Délégué"
Toute personne désignée par une Organisation Nationale Adhérente pour assister au titre de représentant de la Nation Membre à toute réunion de l'Assemblée Générale de l'Association, mais qui n'a pas qualité pour voter.

c/

"Non-voting Delegate"
Any person appointed by an Adhering National Organisation to attend any meeting of the General Assembly of the Association as a representative of the Member Nation, but who is not entitled to vote.

d/

"Participant"
Toute personne assistant ou participant à une réunion ou toute autre activité de l'Association sur invitation spéciale du Bureau Exécutif, mais qui n'a pas qualité pour voter.

d/

"Participant"
Any person attending or participating in a meeting or other activity of the International Tunnelling Association on the specific invitation of the Executive Council but who is not entitled to vote.

e/

"Personnes accompagnantes"
Personnes qui accompagnent un Délégué votant ou non, ou un participant à une réunion de l'Association, mais qui ne prend aucune part aux travaux officiels de la réunion.

e/

"Accompanying Persons"
Persons who accompany a voting or no-voting delegate or participant at a meeting for the Association, but who do not take any part in the official business of the meeting.
